Hi! I'm Johanna

I love that you've stumbled upon my website and feel like you're a guest coming into my home! Allow me to tell you a little bit about myself.

In my family, I am the oldest of five kids. I grew up seeing my mom take pictures of little bits of our life or things she saw as beautiful. I like to think I took on that love for photography! Any of my siblings or childhood friends can tell you how much time we spent taking pictures and having random photoshoots around our house. Some of those are very cringe-worthy and are hilarious to look at. There's just something so special to me about preserving a moment and it being tangible whenever you want it to be. To be able to look back on a time you that you now have hanging on your wall or on your phone screensaver and remember what that season felt like. I like to think that the bright lines of any season can be captured, no matter what we are currently walking through. We are all full of light and I am passionate about capturing that in each person and family.
